FUJITRONIC
Fujitronic Warranty Fujitronic's warranty covers the product to
be free of defects in materials and workmanship for period of
ONE YEAR from the date of original retail purchase. During the
limited warranty period, Fujitronic will, at our option, repair
or replace defective parts of the product, at no charge to you,
subject to the limitations. The warranty does not include any
postage, freight, insurance or delievery fee. Within the first
THREE YEARS of purchase exclusive of the limited warranty period,
if this product become defective, Fujitronic will repair it and
charge you at special rate as maintenance fee. The limited warranty
does not cover damage, defect or failure caused by or resulting
from accidents, external destruction, alternation, modification,
abuse, misuse or misapplication. Please keep your warranty card
and contact us directly in the event you encounter any problems
with your product. Under special circumstances, we will also accept
repair items from our resellers and distributors, which were returned
to them by their customers. In this case, please make certain
to obtain a copy of the customer's warranty. LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
Fujitronic SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT, OR ARISING OUT
OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD
SET FORTH ABOVE. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation
of incidental or consequential damage, or limitations on how long
an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusions or limitations
may not apply to you, which vary from state to state. If a problem
with this product develops during or after the warranty period,
you may contact your dealer or Fujitronic Authorized Service Center.

For Warranty Service Contact your nearest authorized service center.
All service must be performed by a Haier authorized service center.
For the name and telephone number of the nearest authorized service
center please call 1-877-337-3639. Before calling please have
available the following information: Model number and serial number
of your appliance. The name and address of the dealer you purchased
the unit from and the date of purchase. A clear description of
the problem. A proof of purchase (sales receipt). This warranty
covers appliances within the Continental United States, Puerto
Rico and Canada. What is not covered by this warranty: Replacement
or repair of household fuses, circuit breakers, wiring or plumbing.
A product whose original serial number has been removed or altered.
Any service charges not specifically identified as normal such
as normal service area or hours. Damage to clothing. Damage incurred
in shipping. Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance.
Damage from misuse, abuse accident, fire, flood, or acts of nature.
Damage from service other than an authorized Haier dealer or service
center. Damage from incorrect electrical current, voltage or supply.
Damage resulting from any product modification, alteration or
adjustment not authorized by Haier. Adjustment of consumer operated
controls as identified in the owners manual. Hoses, knobs, lint
trays and all attachments, accessories and disposable parts. Labor,
service transportation, and shipping charges for the removal and
replacement of defective parts beyond the initial 12-month period.
Damage from other than normal household use. Any transportation
and shipping charges. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF
ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE The remedy
provided in this warranty is exclusive and is granted in lieu
of all other remedies. This warranty does not cover incidental
or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply
to you. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have
other rights, which vary, from state to state.
MOBILAIR
ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Soleus International Inc. warrants the
accompanying MobilAir Model MA-9000 Portable Air Conditioner to
be free of defects in material and workmanship for the applications
specified in its operation instruction for a period of ONE (1)
year from the date of original retail purchase in the United States
or Canada. If the air conditioner exhibits a defect in normal
use, Soleus International Inc. will, at its option, either repair
or replace it, free of charge within a reasonable time after the
air conditioner is returned during the warranty period. As a condition
to any warranty service obligation, the consumer must present
this Warranty Certificate along with a copy of the original purchase
invoice. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
1. Damage, accidental or other wise, to the air conditioner while
in the possession of a consumer not caused by a defect in material
or workmanship;
2. Damage caused by consumer misuse, tampering, or failure to
follow the care and special handling provisions in the instructions.
3. Damage to the finish of the case, or other appearance parts
caused by wear.
4. Filter.
5. Damage caused by repairs or alterations of the air conditioner
by anyone other than authorized by Soleus International Inc..
6. Freight and Insurance cost for the warranty service. ALL IMPLIED
WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
ARE LIMITED TO ONE-YEAR DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY.
SOLEUS INTERNATIONAL INC. DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL
OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES AND IN NO EVENT SHALL SOLEUS INTERNATIONAL
INC.’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE RETAIL VALUE OF THE AIR CONDITIONER

Three-Year Limited Warranty The manufacturer WARRANTS THIS PRODUCT
TO BE DEFECT FREE IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP FOR A PERIOD OF
THREE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. Defective products may be
returned by the original purchaser or any subsequent owner within
the warranty period, postage pre-paid together with proof of purchase
date to Sunpentown International. First Year ˇV from date of purchase
Limited Warranty covers parts and labor. Second and Third Year
ˇV from date of purchase Limited Warranty covers all parts and
materials. Customers may contact Sunpentown for quotation on current
labor cost before repair. Defective products will be repaired
or at manufacturerˇ¦s discretion, replaced at no charge including
return postage. The warranty does not apply to any unit that has
been tampered with, nor to damages incurred through improper use
and care, faulty packing or mishandling by any common carrier.
Repairs not covered by this warranty will be performed at current
cost for parts and labor plus return postage. Manufacturerˇ¦s
sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty
are limited to such repair or replacement. This is a limited warranty
and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including
merchantability. This warranty gives you specific legal rights.
You may also have other legal rights varying from state to state.
If you have a claim: 1. Do not return the product to the retailer
from which it was purchased. 2. Please contact our consumer service
department (1-800-330-0388 M-F 8:30am ˇV 5:30pm PST) for assistance
and to ensure the fastest possible resolution to the problem.

3. If it is determined that you should return your product for
repair or replacement ˇV send the product along with proof of
purchase date and a description of the nature of the defect to:

address and daytime telephone number with you shipment. *Returns
must be sent with all shipping charges pre-paid. We suggest that
you carefully wrap your package for shipping and send by insured
or by traceable means. What happens to my return? If the inspection
shows that the product is defective, under our Limited Warranty,
Sunpentown will attempt to repair or will replace the defective
part or product at no cost to you. Comparable substitutions are
based on replacement product availability and at the sole discretion
of the Manufacturer. If our inspection shows that the product
is not defective under our Limited Warranty we will return it
to you shipping charges prepaid. Please note that the inspection
process can take 7-10 business days from receipt of your return.
Replacements and/or repairs can take 4-6 weeks depending on product/part

RETURNS
For returns for any reason other than 1) damage in transit or
2) defect of manufacture, the customer is required to pay shipping
costs for a refund to be issued.
SHIPPING WARRANTIES
AND LIABILITIES
Refusal - In
the event of you the buyer refuse delivery for any reason, you
are to pay any and all shipping, storage, restocking and handling
fees.
Unable to complete
delivery - Carriers make every reasonable attempt to complete
deliveries. As it is the responsiblity of the buyer to make themselves
available for delivery and to provide accurate delivery information,
should the delivery company be unable to complete delivery, you
the buyer are responsible for any and all costs associated with
delivery and return delivery. Genius Goods Inc will incur no expense
or fees on shipping, handling, restocking, storage costs or fees.
Genius Goods liability for product sale is for the cost of the
product itself only.
In addition, Genius
Goods Inc makes no guarantees on the timeliness or success of
the freight carrrier. The negotiation of delivery is solely and
exclusively between the buyer and the shipping agent, and all
liability for any costs or fees fall upon the buyer.
In no situation and
under no circumstances is Genius Goods Inc liable for fees and
costs associated with a return that does not involve product
defect or damage. Products can be repaired or replaced depending
upon the terms of product warranty and at the discretion of the
manufacturer. All items returned without pre-authorization will
in all cases be charged a restocking fee and no shipping charges
